Most coffee grown in Kerala leaves the state as an anonymous lot. It gets blended, re-bagged, and sold under a name that belongs to somebody else. The place that grew it disappears from the label, and the person who grew it disappears with it.

Kerala Origins puts the order back. Every coffee on the table is traced to the estate, the elevation, and the person who processed it — and that person is present, answering questions about their own coffee.
